This notice explains how Rumo AI handles information submitted through the fit call request form. It applies to names, contact details, business descriptions, current tools, and workflow notes you choose to share.
How Rumo uses it
Rumo uses submitted information to review the fit call request, respond to the business, prepare an automation recommendation, and deliver agreed services. It is not sold for advertising. Rumo stores requests in its internal workspace and may send a notification email to the people operating Rumo so a request can be followed up.
Access and retention
Fit call requests are stored in Rumo's internal workspace using Cloudflare's data services so they can be reviewed and followed up. Access is limited to the people operating Rumo who need the information to provide the service. When email notifications are enabled, request details are sent through Rumo's email-delivery provider. Do not submit passwords, payment details, or highly sensitive personal information through the fit call form.
Your choices
You can ask to correct or delete the information you submitted by emailing rumo.ai.co@gmail.com.
