Practical AI should fit the business, not force the business to fit AI.
Off-the-shelf AI tools are built for everyone. Rumo starts from your business, works back to the tools that suit it, and stays involved until it works in practice.

Hi, I'm Jasper Tronciale, founder of Rumo and a student at SMU. I also spend my summers building and integrating AI tools at GUESS Jeans corporate HQ in DTLA. There, I work with different departments to find repetitive work that makes sense for AI to handle, then build it. For example, the e-commerce team's daily sales report now runs itself at 3 a.m. and lands in their inbox before anyone gets in. That's the kind of work I bring to local businesses.
Working across those departments taught me why AI disappoints most businesses. AI doesn't know your business, your policies, or how you talk to customers, so vague input gets generic output. That's what people mean by AI slop. The fix isn't a better tool. It's teaching AI your business and giving it one clear job at a time.
When that's done right, the output stops feeling generic and starts fitting how your business actually works. That's the part I build: your knowledge, your standards and your rules, set up so your team can rely on it. It's yours, not tied to one AI tool, so when better AI comes out, you upgrade instead of starting over.
